Camp Registration

Qualifications for Camp Ray-Ray: Eligible families, are those who are currently living with HIV and have children the age of 24 and younger living in the same home, are welcome to attend Camp Ray-Ray after completing an online registration and submitting a $50 deposit. Registration for 2025 is closed.

Get ready to blast off into a weekend of family, friendship, and fun at the 29th Annual Camp Ray-Ray! Join us as we embark on a stellar journey that’s out of this world 🌠. Mark your calendars and prepare for a weekend filled with galactic games, space-tacular activities, and new star-studded friendships 🌟.

📍 Coordinates: Winter Park Mountain Lodge, Winter Park, CO

🔭Things Campers Should Know:

  1. This year’s Camp Ray-Ray will take place in a new location. Winter Park Mountain Lodge located at 81699 U.S. Hwy 40, Winter Park, CO
  2. Evenings and early mornings can be rather cool, and the weather in the mountains can change quickly. Please bring appropriate layers for your safety and comfort.
  3. The Elevation of Winter Park is approximately 9,100 feet. Please stay well hydrated during your stay.
  4. Winter Park Mountain Lodge does not allow outside food or drink in the public areas. They will work with us regarding our meals and a snack station.  You are encouraged to bring drinks and snacks to have on hand in your rooms to meet your family’s needs.
  5. This year’s theme is “Comic Encounters”. Tracy will be arranging the stars for a fabulous Fashion Show featuring aliens, astronauts, and angels.  So, find your out of this world gear and get decked out to join in the fun.
  6. On Sunday we will be going to Snow Mountain Ranch to enjoy all the familiar activities there including the Tubing Hill. A BBQ will take place on the grounds at Tilghman Park which will serve as our home base for the day.
  7. Attached you will find the schedule for all the activities that the committee has planned for you.
  8. If you own a telescope, it would be great to bring it along, as we will be doing some star gazing off the outdoor balcony.
  9. Please complete the attached Family Intro template and either bring it with you or email it back to me. We will be sharing these at the pool party on Friday evening.
